BOSCH professional blue tools have a 1 + 2-year warranty. When you buy the tool, you get a 1-year warranty. If you register the tool online within one month from the date of purchase of the tool, your warranty is extended for up to 3 years. MAKITA warranty period depends on the product type. Leisure tools with petrol engines have a 2-year warranty, and for professional activities - 6 months from the date of purchase. METABO tools have a 1-year warranty. After purchasing a cordless tool (including batteries and chargers), register it on the official website of the company at www.metabo.com/xxl within 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Print an “All-in service” warranty certificate with customer details, tool model and serial number, in which case the warranty will be extended for up to 3 years.

If the need for warranty service arises, you must attach an XXL warranty confirmation to your original sales receipt with the date of sale. The buyer cannot transfer their 3-year Metabo warranty to another person. MILWAUKEE tools have a 1-year warranty. An e-mailed registration confirmation receipt and original invoice with the date of purchase will be extended as proof of warranty. When the product is shipped to Milwaukee Service, the product must be securely packaged without any hazardous contents, marked with the shipper's address, and a brief description of the failure. All BAHCO hand tools are offered with a lifetime warranty; a warranty against material and manufacturing defects for the normal lifetime of the tool in question. "Lifetime" is defined as the period of time a tool can be expected to last under normal use and conditions. Defective product will be repaired, replaced or substituted. Any product that has been incorrectly used and/or maintained or that is worn from improper use or that has suffered unauthorised modifications is not covered by this warranty. A warranty claim requires the submission or shipment of the complete tool in question with verification of sale documentation, which must validate the purchase date and the product designation, to the retailer or distributor.

All WERA professional hand tools are covered by a lifetime warranty against breakage due to defects in materials or workmanship for the normal life of the product. This policy does not cover products which have been altered in any way, and products which have been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, or improper storage. Bits, bitholders and L-keys are also not covered under this warranty policy as they are considered consumable. Wera Tools reserves the right to inspect warranty claims before replacements are issued. Return transportation costs are not included, however Wera will send replacement tools at no cost. Any claims for reasons other than those noted here must be approved by Wera Tools Inc., or its authorized representatives. Wera torque products are warrantied up to 5,000 torque cycles within one year of purchase.

STEINEL warranties its heat guns and glue guns for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, if properly operated and maintained and used under normal conditions. For heat guns, this warranty are tools that have been subject to abuse, tools that have been opened or repaired by anyone other than STEINEL, tools that have been modified in any way or mounted onto machinery/equipment, and tools that have been put into continuous operation. STEINEL heat tools are hand held power tools and are intended for use as such. Any other use voids STEINEL’s warranty.

HITACHI tools have a 2-year warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service is performed by authorized service centers, which are indicated on the warranty card of each tool.
