The Makita DJV185Z is a cordless jigsaw featuring a compact barrel handle design, powered by an 18V LXT Li-ion battery. It offers excellent cutting precision with 3 orbital settings and a variable speed range of 800–3000 strokes per minute. The brushless motor ensures powerful performance and longer life, while the toolless blade clamp and lock-on button provide convenience during use. Built for demanding conditions, the XPT technology enhances resistance to dust and moisture. With a max cutting depth of 135 mm in wood and 10 mm in steel, this jigsaw also includes an LED work light and bevel cutting from 0–45° both left and right.
